Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair vehicle faults efficiently.
- Conduct MOT tests and inspections (if qualified).
- Carry out servicing and maintenance in line with manufacturer standards.
- Collaborate with the service and workshop teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on technical and manufacturer developments.
Key Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications, including NVQ Level 3.
- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within a dealership.
- High attention to detail and excellent diagnostic skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- A valid UK driving license.
