  • Salary: £28,500 – £31,997 per annum

  • Bonus: Average uncapped bonus of £7,100 per year (with potential to earn more)

  • Hours: 5 days a week (This centre is closed on Sundays)

As an Assistant Manager, you’ll work alongside the Centre Manager to provide strong leadership, drive profitability, and enhance the customer experience. Ideally, you’ll have hands-on experience as a mechanic, as this role involves splitting your time between the workshop—working alongside technicians—and supporting the Centre Manager with sales and customer service.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Experience in delivering high customer satisfaction and managing customer experience

  • Ability to coach and train colleagues effectively

  • Technical/mechanical background or experience

  • Knowledge of health & safety compliance standards

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • IT proficiency with a willingness to learn in-house systems

  • Good time management skills

  • Full UK driving licence
