As an Assistant Manager, you’ll work alongside the Centre Manager to provide strong leadership, drive profitability, and enhance the customer experience. Ideally, you’ll have hands-on experience as a mechanic, as this role involves splitting your time between the workshop—working alongside technicians—and supporting the Centre Manager with sales and customer service.

Skills & Experience Required:

Experience in delivering high customer satisfaction and managing customer experience

Ability to coach and train colleagues effectively

Technical/mechanical background or experience

Knowledge of health & safety compliance standards

Strong verbal and written communication skills

IT proficiency with a willingness to learn in-house systems

Good time management skills

Full UK driving licence
